Access to content in various sections of our Website will be subject to the policy establishing Bodegas Patrocinio, or the “Organisation”. Additionally, Bodegas Patrocinio may amend the information on the Website at any time and without prior notice; as such, the Organisation is under no obligation to keep this information updated.



Access to this Website and any use that may be made of the information on it are both the sole liability of the User.

Bodegas Patrocinio shall not be held liable for any consequences or damages arising from said access or use of information. Bodegas Patrocinio does not accept liability for any security errors that may arise, or for any damage that may be caused to the User’s computer system (hardware and software) or to the files or documents stored on it due to any viruses present on the User’s computer used to connect to the Website’s services and content, due to browser malfunctions or to the use of outdated browser versions.

As such, the User accepts, expressly and without reservation, that they are solely and exclusively liable for their access and use of the Website. In this sense, BODEGAS PATROCINIO will only be liable for damages that the User may suffer as a result of using the Website when these damages are attributable to unlawful action by BODEGAS PATROCINIO.

In accordance with the Spanish Act 34/2002 of 11 July on the Information Society and E-commerce Services, any disputes that may arise will be subject to the laws of Spain. The User shall be liable, in all cases, for the veracity of the information provided, reserving Bodegas Patrocinio the right to prohibit any User who has supplied false information from using the registered services, without prejudice to any other legal actions that may be taken.

The relationship established between the User and the owner of the Website shall be governed by the current provisions in relation to the applicable legislation. However, for cases in which the law permits the parties to voluntarily submit to a jurisdiction, BODEGAS PATROCINIO and the User, expressly renouncing any other applicable jurisdiction, shall submit to the Courts of Logroño (La Rioja).



All the content on the Website and in particular the trademarks, trade names, industrial designs, designs, text, photographs, graphics, logos, icons, software, databases, indexes, source codes, or any other signs subject to industrial and commercial use are protected by the industrial and intellectual property rights belonging to either BODEGAS PATROCINIO or a third-party that authorised their inclusion on the Website, based on the provisions of the Spanish Intellectual Property Act and Spanish Trademark Act.

Making any of the above available and their use does not imply, in any case, the transfer of a right of use to the User, and as such, any reproduction, copying, total or partial distribution, or marketing shall require the prior written authorisation of Bodegas Patrocinio. Therefore, in case of misuse of the Website, the Organisation reserves the right to take as many legal actions as necessary to recover the damages caused, and additionally the User is obliged to compensate the Organisation for any damages that might arise from use of this Website, in infringement of these general conditions and/or current legislation.

BODEGAS PATROCINIO shall not be liable for any breach of the industrial or intellectual property rights of third parties that may result from the inclusion on the Website of trademarks, trade names, industrial designs, patents, designs, texts, photographs, graphics, logos, icons or software belonging to third parties who declared themselves the owners thereof at the time of their inclusion on the Website. Furthermore, the Organisation does not accept liability for any opinions and comments made by Users on their blogs or social networks, without prejudice to any actions that may be taken to have these opinions and comments removed where they are against the law.



Given the personal nature of the data provided, Bodegas Patrocinio agrees to treat it as strictly confidential and, to this end, the Organisation prepared and introduced a Security Document in accordance with the Spanish Organic Act 15/1999 of 13 December on Personal Data Protection (referred to below by its Spanish acronym, LOPD) and the Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, which approves the Regulations implementing the Organic Act 15/1999 of 13 December on Personal Data Protection.

In order for Bodegas Patrocinio to properly provide the services it offers, the User should respond to each and every one of the questions that appear on the forms on our Website. However, the total or partial response to these questions is completely voluntary and a non-response has no implications. The data you provide will be entered into a file that belongs to BODEGAS PATROCINIO, S.C.L. , duly notified to the Registry of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, whose purpose in each case shall be that specified in the form.

Your personal data will be treated as strictly confidential, and you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure or objection by written communication sent to the Organisation at the following address: Bodegas Patrocinio, Ctra de Cenicero s/n. 26313 Uruñuela (La Rioja), Spain.

The User declares that, in the event of providing the personal data of third parties, it has the express consent of these third parties and has informed them of the content and origin of the data provided, of the nature and purpose of the file that contains their data, of the possibility of exercising rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection, in addition to Bodegas Patrocinio’s identification data.

The purpose of the automated treatment of the requested personal data, in addition to the maintenance, management and administration of the contractual relationship that may be entered into where applicable, is to send commercial information relating to products and services offered both at the present time and in the future by Bodegas Patrocinio; this information includes marketing and promotional communications, sent by post, fax, email or any other means, which may be carried out at any time in compliance with the provisions regarding personal data protection in force at that time.

For commercial communications sent by email and equivalent means in compliance with the provisions of Act 34/2002 of 11 July on the Information Society and E-commerce Services, the User’s consent shall be duly sought upon collection of the relevant data.
Additionally, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 22, Act 34/2002 on the Information Society and E-commerce Services, if at any moment you wish to revoke said consent to receive marketing or promotional information by email, it shall be sufficient to notify BODEGAS PATROCINIO by sending a message to such effect to the following email address:, clearly indicating that you DO NOT WISH TO RECEIVE COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS BY EMAIL.



The inclusion on the Website of links to other websites is merely for informative purposes and does not imply that Bodegas Patrocinio recommends and/or endorses said websites, over which it has no control, and is not liable for the content or for any infractions of the rights of third parties that may occur on these websites.



In compliance with Act 34/2002 of 11 July on the Information Society and E-commerce Services, BODEGAS PATROCINIO, S.C.L. informs its Users of the use of its own persistent cookies or those of third parties to improve the service provided.
